ENGINEERING

JAR OPS Subpart M Maintenance Management and EASA Part M continued Airworthiness Management Services including:

• Preparation of customized maintenance program.
• Preparation of customized MEL (Minimum Equipment List) and revision service.
• LVO (Low Visibility Operations CAT II, CAT III) Maintenance Procedures Manual preparation and revision service.
• Daily tracking of Airworthiness Directives for aircraft, engine and appliances. Monthly projection reporting (except alert ADs)
• Tracking of Service Bulletins, Service Letters, all Operator Wires and telexes for aircraft, engine and appliances.
• Tracking of life limited parts, hard time components installed on aircraft, engines, APU and landing gears.
• Tracking the inventory of aircraft components.
• Computerization of aircraft flight logs and pilot reports.
• Preparation of materials for the scheduled checks (including SB kits). Material procurement and storage is also possible.
• Preparation of workpackages for scheduled engine/APU changes including special engine change forms and run up sheets. Also out of phase inspection planning.
• Keeping the records of all maintenance carried out on the airplane in EASA complaint archive system. Digital storage is also available.
• Tracking of CPCP and supplemental structural inspection status. Planning and incorporation to scheduled heavy checks & reporting to manufacturers.
• Keeping the records of all structural repairs. Mapping and digital storage of the repair data.
• Engine Condition Monitoring and regular reporting of the trends.
• Reliability System.
• Dedication of a specialist engineer to the customer and monthly visits to customer base.
